RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for shopping with HLYZ LLC. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and cancellation policy below.

RETURNS

You may request a return within 30 days after the item is delivered.

Returned items must be unused, unmodified, and in their original condition. All original packaging, accessories, and parts must be included.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us with photos or videos. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide further assistance and may cover the return shipping cost.

RESTOCKING FEE

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was caused by our error.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We may refuse returns for items that have been:

• Installed, used, damaged, or modified
• Returned with missing parts or accessories
• Returned without suitable packaging
• Altered or missing identification labels

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes after they are placed, as long as the order has not been fulfilled or shipped.

After the cancellation window has passed, the order cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery under this policy.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

For payment security, we generally cannot change the shipping address after an order has been placed.

Please request cancellation within 15 minutes and place a new order using the correct address.
